Key Duties

• Handle patent prosecution matters, including drafting and filing patent applications for chemical and pharmaceutical inventions.
• Provide strategic patent counseling to clients in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, offering advice on patentability, infringement, and licensing.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to chemical and pharmaceutical patent issues.
• Review and analyze scientific documents, ensuring they meet legal and technical requirements for patent filings.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and experts to develop and execute patent strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding patent portfolios and related legal matters.
