A law firm in Freehold, NJ is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join their general practice team. The ideal candidate will have completed a judicial clerkship and possess strong writing skills. This role involves handling a variety of legal matters, including corporate transactional work, community association law, and collections.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle diverse legal matters within the general practice, including corporate transactional work, community association law, and collections.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed legal memoranda and briefs.
• Manage and oversee client cases from inception to resolution.
• Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on various issues related to their cases.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal forums.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters and cases.
• Participate in the development and implementation of legal strategies for client matters.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Completion of a judicial clerkship.
• 3-5 years of experience in a general practice setting, including experience with corporate transactional work, community association law, and collections.
• Strong writing and research skills.

• Ability to handle a diverse caseload with effective case management.
