Job Overview:

The Labor And Employment Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients in various labor and employment law matters. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload and work closely with partners and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on labor and employment law issues
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and administrative proceedings
• Assist with litigation preparation and strategy, including discovery and motion practice
• Provide proactive counseling to clients on compliance with labor and employment laws
• Stay current on developments in labor and employment law and advise clients accordingly

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of labor and employment law experience
• Licensed to practice law in Missouri
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and professionalism

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Missouri State Bar
