A law firm seeks a personable, experienced estate planning attorney to join its team and provide exceptional legal services in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. This role involves working collaboratively with clients and team members to design effective strategies while fostering a compassionate, client-first approach. Duties

• Conduct occasional in-person estate planning sessions with potential clients to determine legal strategies and next steps.
• Design comprehensive legal strategies tailored to client needs.
• Oversee, supervise, and finalize all legal documents prepared by paralegals and legal assistants.
• Handle court appearances for non-contested conservatorships and trust modification petitions as needed.
• Provide outstanding legal services with care and compassion to ensure a superior client experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing estate planning law.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and collaboration with clients and team members.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• An active member of the California Bar in good standing.
