We are looking for an excellent attorney who wants a career, not just a job. We are a dynamic young law firm with a portfolio of major complex litigation cases in the areas of civil rights and constitutional law, employment litigation, commercial litigation, and insurance defense cases. We are looking for an associate who does not just want to push paper, but who wants to develop into a highly skilled attorney who is prepared to take on any challenge. You will get significant responsibility including client contact, experience with motions, depositions, discovery, appellate work, brief writing, and oral advocacy. You will have growth and bonus opportunities, while having highly skilled and highly experienced litigators working with you and providing you guidance. We are looking for someone with a minimum of two years of litigation experience who holds New Jersey and New York licenses, but are open to hearing from all. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.

Skills:
- Strong litigation skills with experience in handling cases from start to finish
- Proficient in legal drafting and writing, with the ability to prepare clear and concise legal documents
- Excellent research skills, utilizing resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to gather relevant information
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks, including case management and file organization
- Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients' interests and reach favorable outcomes
