Law Firm is seeking an experienced Associate to join our Real Estate group in either our Los Angeles, Orange County or San Francisco offices. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and motivated attorney to join a top-ranked firm and work on high-profile transactions for a diverse range of clients. Key Responsibilities: - Work on a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financing and leasing for developers and investors in both private client and public agency matters. - Draft and negotiate various real estate documents, including subleases, licenses, easements, loan documents, and corporate formation documents. - Conduct due diligence and assist with transactions under threat of eminent domain. - Collaborate with other attorneys and departments within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients. Qualifications: - 2-4 years of experience in real estate transactions at a reputable law firm. - Strong academic credentials from a top law school. - Active bar membership in the state of California. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Salary Information: - Salary range: $175,000 - $195,000 annually. - Actual compensation will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience. - Annual billable hours expectation: 1,850, including up to 100 hours of approved pro bono work.
