The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience defending employers in single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases, as well as ERISA litigation. This role requires occasional in-office presence for meetings, depositions, and court appearances. Duties:

• Defend employers in various employment-related litigations, including single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases.
• Handle ERISA litigation matters, providing expert legal advice on related employment issues.
• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies and legal arguments.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Develop and implement effective case strategies in coordination with clients.
• Manage a diverse caseload efficiently, ensuring timely progress and compliance with legal deadlines.
• Stay abreast of changes and developments in labor and employment law and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in employment litigation matters.
• Demonstrated experience defending employers in administrative agencies and court settings.
• Excellent academic background with a solid understanding of labor and employment law.
