A law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney with a strong background in business and real estate transactions. This role provides an opportunity to work with a highly regarded legal team on a diverse range of transactional matters. Handle business and real estate transaction matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
Provide legal counsel to clients regarding real estate acquisitions, sales, leases, and financing.
Assist with structuring and managing business entity formations, mergers, and acquisitions.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on complex business and real estate matters.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and other legal professionals to develop and execute client strategies.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations affecting business and real estate transactions.
Represent clients in negotiations and work closely with opposing counsel, brokers, and regulatory agencies.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in business and/or real estate transactions.
Strong knowledge of corporate and real estate law, including contract law and regulatory compliance.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently while maintaining high professional standards.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Colorado State Bar (or eligibility for admission).
Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal research.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in legal software and document management systems.
