Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on intellectual property matters.
- Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Participate in all aspects of the litigation process, including case strategy development, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with clients, co-counsel, and experts to develop effective case strategies.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings as required.
- Assist with settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Utah State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
