Duties:

  • Take depositions and present arguments for motions and contested matters in state and federal courts.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to expand responsibilities and skills.

  • Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely two days per week.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience litigating bankruptcy, restructuring, or creditors’ rights matters.
  • Proficiency in the Bankruptcy Code, local rules, UCC, and secured transactions.
  • Extensive experience in motions practice, contested matters, and adversary proceedings.
  • Ability to think quickly and perform well under courtroom pressure.
  • Demonstrated expertise in deposition-taking and preparation.
  • Strong research and writing capabilities.
  • Team player with a drive for professional development.
  • Interest in building relationships internally and externally.
  • Previous experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Outstanding law school credentials and references.

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
