Job Overview:
A law firm located in Braintree, MA is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with experience in complex business litigation. This role involves significant responsibilities, including managing investigations, overseeing discovery processes, and conducting in-depth research and writing to support complex RICO and fraud litigation cases. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to thrive in large-scale litigation environments.

Duties:

• Conduct thorough investigations related to litigation cases
• Oversee and manage the discovery process
• Perform extensive legal research and draft legal documents related to complex RICO and fraud cases
• Collaborate with senior attorneys in managing large-scale litigation matters
• Attend hearings, depositions, and court proceedings as needed
• Manage case files and ensure all deadlines and filings are timely and accurate

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in handling complex legal matters, especially related to RICO and fraud litigation
• Ability to manage large caseloads and maintain a high standard of accuracy
• Excellent research and writing skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Massachusetts (required)

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in legal research tools and case management software
• Adaptable and able to handle complex litigation cases
