Job Title: Litigation Associate
Location: San Francisco, California
Experience: 3+ years in Federal and State courts

Job Description:
- Assist on a broad range of litigation cases and support our Food and Drug regulatory practice
- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge regulatory and health and safety issues
- Handle general commercial litigation and E-Discovery cases
- Collaborate with team members in all firm offices

Requirements:
- California barred attorney
- Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical, research, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple client priorities
- Desire to learn and take direction
- Experience with Proposition 65 is a plus
- Undergraduate degree or experience in a scientific field is helpful but not required
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range of $172,000 - $225,000, commensurate with experience

- 3+ years of experience in Federal and State courts
- Experience in areas related to the firm's practices, such as false advertising, environmental law, food and drug regulation, and more
- Strong academic background and excellent research, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- California barred attorney
- Experience with Proposition 65 is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
