Duties:

• Defending and taking depositions
• Managing individual cases
• Trial preparation and participation
• Making court appearances
• Drafting Law and Motion documents
• Conducting legal writing and research
• Drafting correspondence for legal matters
• Summarizing and/or propounding discovery
• Drafting notices and objections
• Interacting with clients effectively
• Defending and taking expert depositions

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience litigating personal injury cases
• Experience working as an attorney in a personal injury civil litigation department
• General knowledge of California Civil Procedure

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar
