Duties:

• Prepare and prosecute trademarks, including handling inter partes actions.
• Conduct IP due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
• Provide litigation support for IP-related cases.
• Manage IP licensing agreements and negotiations.
• Develop and implement strategies for IP protection and enforcement.
• Collaborate with clients to address and resolve complex IP issues.
• Assist with the creation of IP-related legal documents and filings.
• Support internal and external relationship-building efforts.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in intellectual property law.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• JD from an accredited law school.
