Job Overview:
A leading personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to assist with all aspects of personal injury litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a Lead Attorney, handling a diverse caseload and contributing to a dedicated team focused on achieving justice for clients.

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Propound and respond to discovery requests
• Perform legal research and draft motions, complaints, and other litigation documents
• Prepare for, take, and defend depositions
• Attend State and Federal court hearings as required
• Assist the Lead Attorney in managing a heavy caseload, ensuring timely progress on all cases
• Prepare for Second Chair Trials
• Represent clients in various personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip & fall incidents, and medical malpractice
• Investigate and prepare claim demands for insurance companies
• Negotiate and settle disputes with insurance providers
• Prepare and file civil lawsuits on behalf of clients

Requirements:

• Must be in good standing and possess a California Bar license
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent research and communication skills, both oral and written
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active California Bar membership
