Job Overview:

Duties:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts
• Advise clients on data processing agreements and data privacy compliance
• Collaborate with clients in the biotech and other industries
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Manage contract negotiations and provide strategic legal guidance
• Work closely with internal teams to support client needs in commercial contracting

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial contracts
• Experience with data processing agreements and data privacy compliance
• Preferred experience in the biotech industry
• At least 3 years of contract drafting and negotiating experience in a law firm environment
• Ability to handle complex legal negotiations and provide effective legal advice

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in at least one . jurisdiction

Skills:
