Duties

• Represent clients in various domestic relations matters, including divorce, child custody, and support cases
• Offer strategic legal counsel to clients on their rights and obligations in domestic relations matters
• Oversee case management, ensuring the timely drafting, filing, and management of legal documents
• Negotiate settlements and mediate agreements to resolve disputes efficiently
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation for each case
• Contribute to the firm’s success by building and managing your own portfolio of cases

Requirements

• Active bar license (Ohio preferred)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in family law or domestic relations cases
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proactive mindset with the capacity to generate results and drive client satisfaction

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio (preferred)
