This position involves handling various aspects of employee benefits, executive compensation, and benefits related to mergers and acquisitions. Location:

Duties:
- Draft, design, implement, and administer tax-qualified and non-qualified retirement plans.
- Oversee health and welfare benefit plans and provide support on related matters.
- Manage executive compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
- Address taxation issues related to executive compensation arrangements, including compliance with Sections 409A and 280G of the Internal Revenue Code.
- Design and draft employment and other executive compensation arrangements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation.
- High level of academic achievement and experience in a law firm setting.
- Superb writing, drafting, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ambition, drive, and a team-oriented approach.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications:
- Admission to the bar in the state of practice or eligibility for admission.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits and executive compensation laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions as they pertain to employee benefits.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and independently.
