Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and support to PwC network firms in managing significant claims and reputational threats. Handle complex securities and commercial litigation, class actions, professional malpractice, regulatory enforcement, white collar criminal, arbitration, mediation, and internal investigations. Identify and analyze complex legal/regulatory/business issues and provide appropriate legal advice. Manage multiple cases/matters/projects and/or teams of internal and/or external resources. Build consensus and handle matters with an international perspective. Research, present, and write for legal and non-legal audiences. Collaborate with teams and stakeholders throughout the global PwC organization. Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a law firm with complex litigation and regulatory investigations or with an enforcement agency. Experience in handling cross-border litigation and/or ex-US. Strong knowledge and understanding of legal and professional standards. Ability to identify and analyze complex legal/regulatory/business issues. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively with teams and manage multiple cases/matters/projects. Ability to think strategically and problem-solve. Strong research and writing skills. Experience managing outside counsel in multiple jurisdictions. Familiarity with technology and work management tools. Experience with eDiscovery preferred.
