Princeton office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with 4-7 years of civil litigation experience. The candidate will defend a wide variety of lawsuits and claims in state and federal court and state agencies. Such matters involve complex/catastrophic negligence claims, including premises/product/auto/construction, first- and third-party insurance litigation and claims, contract, claims against public entities, and litigation asserting employment practices violations or wrongful conduct. Must be proficient in technology, legal research, and other computer/web-based data sources. Must be New Jersey licensed attorney.
