Duties:

• Assist in managing complex financial restructuring cases, including bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court workouts.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support financial restructuring strategies and solutions.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies and negotiate settlements.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Prepare detailed case summaries and reports for clients and internal use.
• Assist in business development efforts by participating in client meetings and presentations.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial restructuring or bankruptcy law.
• Strong academic record from an accredited law school.
