A law firm in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Mid to Senior Level Associate Attorney with 5+ years of transactional experience in commercial real estate law. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in representing clients in commercial real estate matters related to the acquisition, ownership, and disposition of real property. The role requires expertise in handling purchase and sale transactions, development, financing, leasing, and other related real estate issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in commercial real estate matters, including the acquisition, ownership, and disposition of real property.
  • Handle transactions related to purchase and sale, development, financing, leasing, title matters, easements, and CC&Rs.
  • Review and draft legal documents and agreements related to real estate transactions.
  • Conduct legal research and provide analysis on complex real estate issues.
  • Manage loan processes, escrow, and other real estate documentation.
  • Ensure superior client service and meet deadlines with high-quality work product.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other legal professionals to facilitate transactions and resolve issues.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance on real estate matters.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and self-directed behavior in managing cases and projects.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
  • 5+ years of transactional experience in commercial real estate law.
  • Strong understanding of loan processes, escrow, and real estate documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, legal research, drafting, and writing skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and self-directed behavior.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education:
