A law firm seeks a Transactional Associate Attorney to join its team in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This position is designed for an attorney with 2 to 6 years of experience, eager to support partners in a diverse range of business and transactional matters while working closely with clients and colleagues.

Duties:

• Manage projects that involve conducting legal research, drafting documents, and maintaining client communication.
• Draft and edit various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and memoranda.
• Engage ethically with clients and opposing parties throughout the legal process.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies tailored to client needs.
• Conduct research to support transactions and align with client objectives.
• Provide advisory services to clients on business-related legal issues.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with critical deadlines.
• Conduct due diligence investigations and perform analyses related to transactions.

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Colorado.
• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in transactional law.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications and word processing software.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Colorado Bar.
