The candidate will be representing clients with respect to a broad spectrum of environmental and natural resources matters under state and federal law, including due diligence, site remediation, regulatory compliance, permitting, brownfield redevelopment, insurance claims and disputes, environmental audits, litigation, enforcement, administrative appeals, and dispute resolution.
