as an intellectual property litigation paralegal, you wil: organize, index and maintain case files assist with the preparation and drafting of various legal documents including transmittal letters, subpoenas and case summaries for attorney review perform cite checking and bluebooking conduct legal research gather case related materials including contracts, witness and expert files, and exhibits prepare and file documents with federal and state courts, arbitration and dispute resolution bodies, and government agencies maintain docketing calendar to ensure timely filings manage large portfolio of cases and track deadlines prepare trial work spaces, including coordinating with it and outside vendors regarding war room equipment provide administrative trial support, including maintaining exhibit lists and filing court documents commitment to work overtime as needed, which may include weekends or holidays job specifications: bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate, preferred or the equivalent job experience at least four (4) years of related work experience experience with the itc preferred experience with ptab and federal circuit required trial experience preferred knowledge of microsoft office suite (excel, outlook, powerpoint, and word) strong written and verbal communication skills strong organizational skills ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities ability to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours ability to handle and maintain confidential information successful candidates will be provided with outstanding career opportunities and will receive a competitive total rewards package with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses
