The firm offers a competitive base salary range of $230,000 - $260,000 annually, with the potential for additional bonuses based on qualifications and experience. RCRA Practice Experience: - Substantial experience with RCRA, including solid waste definition, hazardous waste characterization, waste generation counseling, and regulatory exemption issues - Familiarity with waste treatment, storage, and disposal facility permitting Advocacy Experience: - Preferred experience with advocacy in the context of RCRA rulemaking and/or enforcement - Strong academic background and excellent written and oral communication skills Circular Economy Practice: - The successful candidate will play a key role in the firm's market-leading circular economy practice - Technical background and relevant government experience at the federal or state levels are a plus Top-Tier Environmental Practice: - More than 125 lawyers in seven . offices - Helps clients around the world with critical environmental, natural resource, project development, and sustainability issues - Consistently recognized as a top-tier nationwide environmental practice by Chambers USA Guide to the Legal Profession, Legal 500, and .
