Responsibilities:
- Act as support resource for legal teams by managing essential client and internal tasks
- Utilize CRM tools and legal experience databases to manage data supporting client teams
- Handle new business conflicts reports, open new matters, and track internal knowledge and expertise
- Streamline workflows and ensure seamless document handling by preparing client financial reports, litigation pleadings, transaction documents, and engagement letters
- Provide general support for smooth day-to-day functioning of practice groups and business departments
- Support financial processes by preparing client invoices, vendor bills, and internal financial reports
- Identify ways to improve workflows, optimize technology, and contribute new ideas for innovation and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and technical skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite with experience in PowerBI or Excel a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Client-focused mindset and eagerness to deliver excellent service
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and ability to optimize processes and workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Expected salary range between $41,000-$68,500 based on location and job-related factors
