As a Litigation Attorney, you will handle motor vehicle liability (MVA) / automobile accident cases, including trial preparation, depositions, settlements, and in-court trials. You will represent plaintiff clients in Southfield, Detroit, and surrounding areas, with the support of a dedicated team of pre-suit attorneys, case managers, and seasoned trial partners.

Our generous and competitive compensation package includes a base salary, guaranteed commission, and ongoing commission fees and bonuses (uncapped), as well as a full benefits package for employees and their families.

Responsibilities:

- Manage motor vehicle accident cases on a daily basis
- Draft and file litigation documents
- Guide plaintiff clients through the case process
- Interact with expert witnesses
- Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications:

- Law degree (. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully ABA accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the Michigan Bar (MI Bar)
- 2+ years of PI litigation experience (ideally motor vehicle / automobile liability / MVA)
- Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases and take them to trial
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
