## Commercial Litigation Attorney at Law Firm
Law Firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its Syracuse office. The successful candidate must have at least five years of experience in commercial litigation matters, including corporate dissolutions, contract disputes, and construction issues.

**Job Responsibilities:**
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on business and legal transactions
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Research and analyze legal issues
- Develop and implement an effective legal strategy

**Qualifications:**
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- in Commercial Litigation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent research, writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of legal procedures and case law
- Ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
