The candidate will work with autonomy on their own caseload from pre-litigation through the entire litigation process. Will assist clients and give guidance throughout whilst obtaining all the relevant information required to progress the claim. Manage daily tasks through a purpose-built case management system making every file touch count, using skills and knowledge to successfully settle the claim whether this be through negotiation or at trial. Should have 2+ years of credit hire / RTA / litigation experience. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good administration and organizational skills are needed.
