Litigation Of Counsel
The candidate will communicate with clients, supervise associates, and work with experts. Assist with fact development and depositions. Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda. Help develop case strategy. Should have JD and strong academic credentials from nationally recognized schools. MD, MPH, PharmD, or Epidemiology degree is desired. Must have 8+ years of experience preferably gained while practicing at an AmLaw 100 firm. Experience with products liability and/or complex commercial litigation is required. Experience with pharmaceutical and medical device industry is a plus. Must be admitted to practice in NY. Those licensed to practice law in New York are encouraged to apply. Strong analytical, writing and management skills will be considered.
