Job Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of tasks to support attorneys in the General Liability department
- Manage and maintain electronic and paper files
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case
- Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, and depositions
Experience:
- 2 years of General Liability experience
- preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, e-filing, pdfDocs, scanning, and document management software
Essential Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Excellent typing and grammar skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to see projects through to completion
