Law Firm Seeking Experienced Estate Planning Senior Paralegal in Marietta, GA

Responsibilities:

- Review and organize client documents
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documents for estate planning
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives
- Proofread and review documents for accuracy and proper formatting
- Manage workflow and prioritize cases
- Learn and assist in other areas of practice
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients

Qualifications:

- Minimum of five years of experience as an estate planning paralegal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and practice management software
- Experience with document drafting software, preferably WealthCounsel and ElderCounsel
- Ability to show empathy and provide excellent customer service
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and assist in other areas of practice

Salary Information:

- Base pay range: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
- Employer Estimate: $55,000 yearly median salary in Marietta, GA
