The law firm of **** is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join their team in one of their US office locations. The ideal candidate will be based in either Atlanta, Chicago, or New York and will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in training, organizational development, or human resources. The Learning and Development Specialist will work closely with the Professional Development Director and Managers to design and implement strategic trainings for business services professionals at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. US. They will also manage the mentoring program for these professionals and assist with special projects as needed.

The Learning and Development Specialist will have a variety of responsibilities, including evaluating the output of the business services professionals' evaluation process, designing a new training curriculum, and collaborating with HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders. They will also work with the talent team to refine and enhance the performance management process for business services professionals and develop best practices and training strategies. Additionally, the Learning and Development Specialist will design and maintain a portal page to showcase learning and development offerings, seek and evaluate external consultants and facilitators, and manage the Learning Management System for business services professionals.

To be successful in this role, the Learning and Development Specialist should have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of professional experience in training, organizational development, or human resources. Prior experience in the legal industry or professional services is preferred, as well as advanced knowledge and experience with Articulate 360. The ideal candidate will also have strong presentation, writing, and facilitation skills, as well as a professional demeanor and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be a self-starter, able to work independently and manage projects effectively. Experience with performance management and technology is also important, as well as proficiency in MS Office and other design and presentation applications.

The salary for this position is competitive and may vary depending on location. For the New York office, the salary range is $80,000 - $105,000, depending on experience. **** also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, profit sharing, short-term/long-term disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, paid holidays, and discretionary bonuses.
