Title: Matter Mobility Data Technician at Law Firm

Introduction:
Fox Rothschild LLP, a leading law firm, is seeking a Matter Mobility Data Technician to join our Information Governance Department. This role will be responsible for coordinating the technical aspects of mobilizing client records, ensuring compliance with the firm's information governance processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expert understanding of electronic client data and apply it to the collection, analysis/review, secure transport, and documentation of such data.
- Work closely with newly integrated attorneys and the IT department to retrieve matter data.
- Communicate with attorneys and track new data as it comes in.
- Advise attorneys to open new matters and provide cross references for old and new matters.
- Generate timely reports using SQL queries and scripts.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and technology.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree or certification in computer science or related field, with a focus on software.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data migration, preferred 3 years in matter mobility.
- Knowledge of SQL and document management systems, preferably iManage.
- Ability to write queries and join tables for reports.
- Experience with PL/SQL & SQL Plus background.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Excellent teamwork, client service, and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role operates in a clerical, office setting and may require some walking and standing. The employee must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and have close visual acuity for tasks such as reading and analyzing data.
