Overview

**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Managing Associate to join our Employment Group at one of our California offices (San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Sacramento, Los Angeles, Orange County, Santa Monica). This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and cutting-edge legal matters, manage complex cases, and work directly with corporate clients. Responsibilities

- Work on pre-litigation matters, high profile single plaintiff employment cases, systemic discrimination and wage and hour class actions, and Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) representative actions.
- Respond to administrative charges.
- Counsel clients on a wide variety of employment issues.
- Take an active role in handling cutting edge legal matters.
- Manage complex cases.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Make court appearances at important hearings.
- Argue motions.
- Handle mediations.
- Other related work typically handled by mid-level associates.

Qualifications

- 4-6+ years of litigation experience at a peer law firm.
- Exceptional academic credentials.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a member of the California State Bar.

Compensation and Benefits

- Expected salary range: $310,000 - $390,000.
