Should consider which track is appropriate according to the jurisdiction of their professional qualification. Must be a consistently strong academic record at a leading law school in China. Must be native Chinese speaker (including Mandarin) with advanced reading and writing skills. Must have high level of fluency in written and spoken English. Should have strong communication, interpersonal and legal research skills. Must have ability to think analytically and have commercial awareness. Must be a team player and quick learner with the ability to work well in a high-pressure environment.
