- Support all CVLAS Pro Bono programs, including Triage Program
- Develop and refer cases to pro bono attorneys at participating law firms
- Provide advice and brief service to clients
- Communicate with clients, colleagues, and others involved in cases
- Build and maintain pro bono relationships in the community
- Manage monthly pro bono clinics and provide training opportunities for attorneys, law students, and paralegals
- Track volunteer cases and hours in case management system
- Engage in outreach, strategic partnership building, and community education
- Must have active Virginia State Bar license
- Strong attention to detail, communication, time-management, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to racial, social, and economic justice
- Salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience
