As a Property Tax Manager at PwC, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of problem solvers and help our clients navigate complex state and local tax issues related to property tax. PwC is seeking a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 4 years of experience in state and local tax. A CPA, member of the Bar, or other tax/finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity. A Juris Doctorate degree and familiarity with a CRM system are preferred. The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of state and local tax laws and regulations, as well as experience in sales and use tax implications on FAS 5 and software tools for tax compliance. They should also have experience as a team leader, with a focus on building trust, seeking diverse views, and providing feedback to staff.

As a Property Tax Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Having a thorough knowledge of a variety of state and local tax laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Providing tax planning, restructuring, due diligence, audit defense, reverse audits, and state controversy work.
- Identifying and addressing client needs, building and maintaining relationships, and communicating value propositions.
- Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collections.
- Preparing and coordinating complex written and verbal materials.
- Acting as a team leader, supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views.
- Coaching staff and providing timely and meaningful feedback.
- Developing new relationships and making introductions to sell new services with a "One Firm" service mindset.
- Using automation and digitization to innovate and experiment with solutions.
- Working with large, complex data sets and using data visualization tools to provide insights to clients.
- Utilizing digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements.
- Having knowledge of alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategies.
