Qualification and Experience 3rd year law students graduating in May 2022 are encouraged to apply! 1. Attorney licensed to practice law in Wisconsin. 2. Considerable knowledge of criminal law. 3. Working knowledge of motion practice, federal and state case law, rules of evidence and trial practice. 4. Working knowledge of verbal and written communication techniques and theories. 5. Working knowledge of analytical techniques. 6. Demonstrable skills in establishing and maintaining high level professional contacts. 7. Ability to reach consensus on potential conflict issues between stakeholders. 8. Working knowledge of criminal justice policy issues and analysis and program evaluation principles and theory. 9. Ability to perform competently under tight deadlines, withstand stress, and adhere to fundamental values when challenged. 10. Ability to work independently. 11. Ability to work quickly and accurately with minimal oversight. 12. Ability to learn diverse and complex issues on short time intervals.
