The candidate will attend clients’ homes to obtain and witness the execution of legal documentation relating to Equity Release. Following SRA & ERC guidelines to complete the meeting with the customer in accordance with policy. Rectify and/or work around any issues that the customer presents. Liaise with Head Office to rectify any unforeseen circumstances. Ensure the signed documentation is returned to the office in a timely manner. Recent property experience is essential.
