The candidate will manage commercial contracts for the companies suppliers / customers and report on any issues relating. Will include examining and summarizing all customer agreements in a timely manner, drafting alternative clauses where necessary and providing solutions in the event of conflict. Contracts Manager
The candidate will be responsible for leading the efforts associated with the Contract Life cycle Management for Sales Contracts. Represent the company in a manner consistent with policy and procedure at all conventions and key customer gatherings. JD degree is a plus. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline from an accredited university or college is essential. Should have 5+ years of experience in surgical products sales operations experience with 2+ years of spent in a contract administration department. Should have significant experience in the sales contracting process.
Commercial Contracts Manager / Attorney
The candidate will draft agreements including include NDAs, Sales Agreements, Software/IP Licensing Agreements, Purchase/Distribution Agreements, and Advertising and Marketing Agreements (promotions/sweepstakes).
