Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.

Extensive experience with technologies in one or more of the physical chemistry, semiconductor, nanotechnology, physics, solar energy and/or biological science areas is preferred. Registration to practice before the USPTO is a plus. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.

The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in the intellectual property field, including patent application preparation and prosecution, opinions and client counseling and a technical background in biology, biochemistry or a related field.
