Seeking a Biotech Patent Attorney with 2-3 years of experience in the intellectual property field (including patent application preparation and prosecution, opinions and client counseling) and a technical background in biology, biochemistry or a related field. An advanced technical degree is required. Candidate must be registered or eligible to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.
