Trademark Attorney
The candidate should have 8-10 years of relevant trademark experience. Must have experience with U.S. and international trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution and enforcement. Experience with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy, IP transactions, advertising, marketing and promotions matters, as well as handling copyright-related issues and registration is strongly preferred. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.
Mid-level Trademark Attorney
The candidate must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Should have a mechanical or chemical degree with 2-4 years of experience in trademark and patent prosecution (U.S. and foreign), as well as expertise in trademark disputes, domain name recovery, trademark clearance and infringement investigations and opinions and cancellation and opposition proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Experience is equally desirable in patentability and patent validity studies.
Trademark Attorney
The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience. Have significant hands-on experience working on trademark transactional matters, including domestic and international prosecution and oppositions. Additionally, some experience with trademark litigation or advertising/promotion law would be a plus.

The candidate should have 2+ years of experience with: all facets of domestic and international trademark clearance, prosecution, and counseling; and trademark enforcement via TTAB proceedings and trademark infringement matters. Experience with trademark licensing is a plus, as is familiarity with copyright issues, IP due diligence and customary IP reps and warranties in the M & A context. Must be a member of the NY Bar.
