Tim Clark brings a wealth of experience to Freshfields, having spent over four years at Goodwin Procter, where he showcased his expertise in the private equity fund formation practice. Previously, Clark held a leadership position at Sidley Austin, further solidifying his reputation as a trusted advisor in fund formation, secondary deals, and regulatory affairs for private equity and private capital clients. Upon Clark's departure, a Goodwin spokesperson conveyed the firm's best wishes for his future endeavors.
