Advice to law firm management:
If you like working with other attorneys and staffthat have a good grasp on what they're doing and are as intelligent as you are, this is definitely a great place to work. All issues aside, this is a good place to spend your career at!
Pros:
Intelligent firm to work for
Cons:
Unfortunately it seems like some of the mid-level management fail to address some of the personnel problems when it comes to shortcomings, but other staff available are more than able to make up for it. This is not really a major problem in the long run.
