Remember that you want to be sure that you meet the deadline, as the test is only given twice a year, and not meeting it will mean that you have to wait another six months to be able to take the bar exam.Make sure that you fully answer all of the questions that are found on the application and fill out all the spaces for answers. Then, double check to be sure that you haven’t left anything out and that you have all of the right forms filled in.
Certain parts of your application will need to be notarized, so make sure that you have made a note of this and that you have taken the time to do this quickly and easily.Then you will also want to be sure that your certifications of good moral characters are done by any two attorneys who are in good standing from any jurisdiction.
Once you have all of the required forms together, you will want to put them in a packet. This should include the application, two signed Certificates of Good Moral Character, and a notarized Authorization and Release Form.The last thing that you need to do is to be sure to send in your application in enough time so that it can be received well before the deadline. This will allow you to take the bar exam when you desire.
