Superior Court attorney Janice Buie recommended Wood to receive a public censure and took her to charge for her behavior in a 12-page report. Detroit is still tracking lawsuit against Wood individually and another of her former employers in an effort to recover $10 million in legal fees paid out in connection with her work as police monitor.
